Accessing the Pupil Markbook

To view this help as a video, please click here.
You must be logged in as a teacher/SLT member to access the Markbooks in Classroom Monitor

To access the Pupil Markbook, login as a teacher and select Assessment Markbooks -> Pupil Markbook from the homepage. This will take you to the Pupil Markbook menu screen.

This works in a similar way to the markbook menu screen. You need to work from the top down and first select the curriculum and group that you need. You then need to choose an individual pupil from the pupil menu.

Subjects are then contained in the box shown:
To select one subject, tick the box next to it. If the subject contains strands (e.g. Rising Stars Progression Framework), you can choose to tick the box to "Load strands for the selected subject in columns". This will load each strand in a column and display these across the page rather than in one single column.

To select more than one subject, you will first need to make sure that the
"Load strands for the selected subject in columns" box is unchecked. You can then tick the boxes next to the subjects you require. Subjects will appear in columns across the page.

You then need to select the Ability and any Additional ability that you want to see.

Then you can choose particular strands from the Strand box if this is available for you curriculum.

Then press the Load Markbook button.
