You must be logged in as a teacher/SLT member to access the Attainment and Progress areas in Classroom Monitor
Pupil tracking allows you to look at tables and graphs showing scores for individual pupils. To access the Attainment and Progress area you should Click on Attainment and Progress on the Homepage followed by Pupil Tracking.

What do I need to do first?
Click on the button that says 'Choose Pupils/Subjects/Timeframe' and make your choices before 'Generating' the table.
What is the green bar for?
They are extra columns that can be added to your table.
How do I view this table as a graph or this graph as a table?
You can toggle between viewing data as a graph or a table using the slide towards the top on the left hand side.
How can I print the graph/table?
The menu in the top right hand corner of each graph will allow you to print or save the image. The best way to print a table is to export it to Excel.
How do I see group data rather than individual scores?
Move into the group tracking area by selecting it on the left hand side.
Why can't I select my target in the centre selection area?
You need to make all your selections in the 'Choose Pupils/Subjects/Timeframe' before you can see all the selections in the centre section.
What are the numbers shown in the averages? What do the progress measures mean?
These are to do with the 'points' values that are attributed to each 'score' in Classroom Monitor. Find out more about using points on our points progress help page.
I've selected % score but some pupils are showing 'Manual'. Why?
When a pupil's score is changed manually the % is not stored.
Why can't I change historical scores?
The ability to change historical scores is only available to teachers with an SLT account.
Why can't I change the scores for some subjects?
If you can't change a current score then this means that the subject is an 'overall' subject which is calculated from sub-subjects.
How do I save a graph or table as a favourite?
Find out all about favourites on the Your Favourites page.
I have saved a 'Favourite'. How do I open it?
Click on the 'Open Favourite' button and you will be able to load a favourite you saved earlier.
