Written reports for parents improvements (15/16)
The 'Write Reports' area of Classroom Monitor has been improved:
a) Schools have more control of the subjects displayed to teachers from the screen below. Subjects for each report will be determined by the report template chosen.
b) The 'look and feel' has been modernised to improve user experience.
c) The most popular NC14 curriculum frameworks have been re-written to allow schools to add statements through to reports from markbooks.** Update 18th March 2015 - Rising Stars Progression Framework, Chris Quigley Essentials, Sheffield STAT, Herts for Learning & Ros Wilson's Big Reading and Writing have been re-written to allows users to add statements from markbooks. **
d) For each of the above curriculum frameworks, three default report templates have been created. You'll be able to edit these to suit your needs. N.B. If you have used Classroom Monitor for reporting before, and have created your own school templates, you may need to change them this year for any pupils being assessed against a new curriculum framework.
e) You can now set up session for reports so that you can write reports more than once per year. These need to be set up via the Admin logon in advance of report writing time so that teachers can add statements to the appropriate session.
